Plain words about your information.

What we collect

Your name, company, MC and DOT numbers, contacts, trucks, lanes, how you get paid, your signed agreement, and the papers you upload (like your MC letter, insurance, W-9, and NOA). When you sign, we also save the date and time, your IP address, and your browser.

Why we collect it

To dispatch your trucks and to set you up with brokers fast, even when you are on the road.

Who sees it

Kevin at Blue City Dispatch. When needed to set up a load, we share only what is needed with the broker or your factoring company. We do not sell your information. We do not use ad trackers.

How we protect it

Everything is sent over a secure connection and stored locked (encrypted). Your papers have no public link. Every time staff opens a paper or your private details, it is written in a log.

What we never ask for

Passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account or routing numbers, or card numbers typed into a box. We never touch your freight money.

How long we keep it

While you work with us. If we stop working together, we delete your private papers after a set time, such as 90 days. We keep your signed agreement as a record.

How to ask for deletion

Call 317-794-2211 or email bluecitydispatch@gmail.com. We will delete your information and files.
